THE 20TH ANNIVERSARY ARNOLD CLASSIC! 1989-2008 Prejudging took place in the wonderful Veterans’ Memorial Auditorium at noon with the Finals following at 7PM. Dexter Jackson was striving for his 3rd victory at this event out of a field of 15 of the world’s greatest bodybuilders. Dexter Jackson had won the Arnold Classic in 2005 and 2006 and was seeking to join Flex Wheeler (1993, 1997, 1998 and 2000) and Jay Cutler (2002, 2003 and 2004) as the only men to win the event more than twice. At the Finals an elated DEXTER JACKSON did join Jay Cutler as a very worthy 3 time winner of this event.
PHIL “The Gift” HEATH pushed Dexter all of the way with his superb shape, symmetry and new improved size. However Dexter displayed an overall package of muscle maturity and hardness that proved to be the best on stage this year with Phil not far behind him. In the PREJUDGING Disc #1 we include every single comparison from all 15 competitors, shot from our central front camera in the press pit. In the FINALS Disc #2 you will see the exciting opening of the show, then all 15 athletes perform their complete posing routines through to top 6 posedown and awards. 2008 Iron Man NPC Figure Competition. The 2008 IRON MAN NPC FIGURE COMPETITION was once again a top quality event. A field of top class athletes took to the stage at the LA convention Center for the Prejudging and Finals of this annual competition.
As usual the rivalry was intense, with DANIELLE EDMONDS, a class winner last year, emerging as the overall winner for 2008. There were 4 classes of competition with every single round and all comparisons included in this DVD. It also includes the awards to the 4 class winners and the Overall Award to DANIELLE EDMONDS.
The DVD also includes interviews by Kenny Kassel at the LA FitExpo with JENNIFER KLINE, DEBBIE BELL, ZHANNA ROTAR, NICOLE ROLLOLAZO, KYLA McGRATH, CATHY LE FRANCOIS and TIMEA MAJOROVA.

Wayne’s Hard News - IRON MAN PRO 2008 Report This year I had the pleasure and privilege to shoot the Iron Man Pro and NPC Figure contest from a special TV platform 7' high, erected at the back of the main seating section. It was a perfect view and an ideal angle being exactly in line with the bodies on the posing platform. My camera pictures went out to the 2 big screens mounted on either side of the stage to bring the bodies closer up for those fans not sitting in the front rows.
