THE PREJUDGING

See all the action, men and women, from the Prejudging rounds with comparisons through to posing routines. The NABBA Britain is the top annual amateur event for UK bodybuilders.

The standard in 1988 was simply incredible. For example Eddy Ellwood went on to win 5 NABBA Universe titles, and Shaun Davis - in his first Britain in 1988, won the NABBA Pro Universe in 1996.

2016 INBA Adelaide Classic: Bodybuilding Show.
Bodybuilding & Figure Titles - Day 1.  The 2016 MAX's INBA Adelaide Classic Bodybuilding Show was the first of 2 events held at the Norwood Concert Hall - on Saturday, April 30th. It was an outstanding competition, enjoyed superb lighting, and the overall standard was amazing.

The Overall Men's Bodybuilding Champion was NOBU FUKUDA, and a beautifully proportioned SARA PEARSON was the Overall Women's Figure Class Champion. Both are pictured front cover.

2016 MAX's INBA Adelaide Classic: Bikini & Fitness Show.
Bikini & Fitness Titles - Day 2.  The 2016 MAX's INBA Adelaide Classic Bikini & Fitness Show was the second of 2 events held at the Norwood Concert Hall - on Sunday, May 1st.

The Overall Champions were JODIE DOWLING in the Bikini Class and DIOR ANDREWS in the Fitness Models Class.
MEI CAI won the Men's Fitness Model Open Class, and JEREMY ALLISON won the Mr Physique Open Class.

Ahmad Haidar - Florida's Prince of Muscle on Digital Download. 
When Ahmad Haidar burst onto the scene, he has become known (amongst other things) for his amazing symmetry and fantastic abs. He had a number of seconds in ProShows and competed in 4 Olympias. I wish Ahmad still competed such as in the modern-day 212 Class. He would do some serious damage!

You see him in contest action, in backstgage footage of pumping and posing and a great little interview with Shawn Ray at the Olympia.
We also get up close and personal at the Mandalay Bay Hotel Pool, the day after the 2002 Olympia with Ahmad oiling, pumping and posing in closeup. He poses solo and with his friend Tommi Thorvildsen in this classic feature DVD.

1983-1986 IFBB World Mixed Pairs Championships on Digital Download.
The amazing Tony Pearson from 1983-1986. In an unprecedented winning streak, Tony Pearson won these 4 IFBB Professional World Mixed-pairs titles with four different partners In 1983 it was  (Shelley Gruwell), 1984 (Carla Dunlap), 1985 (Tina Plakinger), and 1986 (Juliette Bergmann). Two of them were subsequently Ms Olympia winners.

Two Classic '70s Contests - These are the first 2 contests I filmed for GMV in Europe. (I filmed Arnold winning the NABBA Universe in London, one week earlier.)  The 1970 IFBB Mr. Europe segment runs approximately 20 minutes. The 1971 IFBB Mr. Universe segment runs approximately 45 minutes.

This classic contest was held in Essen, Germany in the magnificent and Saalbau Concert Hall, scene of Arnold's victory over Sergio in the 1972 Mr. Olympia.

Serge Nubret staged this event in Paris, France. There were 53 competitors from 37 countries making this one of the most broadly represented event in years. The 3000 seat hall was packed out with people standing. Many fans had come to see Arnold, Sergio and Franco who were listed to be appearing later in the show in the 1971 Mr. Olympia (and not part of this DVD).
