2018 ARNOLD CLASSIC PRO MEN'S DVD #1.
I have been going to Columbus Ohio, off and on since 2001, to attend and shoot video at the Arnold Classic USA. I have enjoyed the privilege of being their video/DVD producer for much of this period.  I would have to rate my experiences at this year's 30th event as the best ever.

Congratulations to the new Arnold Classic champion WILLIAM BONAC who made his professional Arnold Classic debut this year. The 2018 Lifetime Achievement Award recipient was Dr. Bob Goldman.

The 30th Anniversary Arnold Classic is now preserved for posterity in this huge DVD of 4 1/4 hours. It presents the Prejudging rounds through to the Finals of the Arnold Classic Pro Men. It's the only major bodybuilding event to have a series of DVDs every year. See the lifting of Apollon’s Wheels which was the final event for the Arnold Strongman Classic, and the Strongman award to Hafthor Bjornsson.

The many extras celebrating the 30 Years Anniversary of the Arnold Classic include the Pro Pump Room, and Bob Lorimer's 30 Years history of this famous contest.

1985 LAMPS MR. & MS CAPITAL CITY - DOWNLOADS.

The 5th Mr Capital City competition is a London bodybuilding icon from the mid-eighties.  Guest Poser was Ray Mentzer. And this was possibly the first appearance of Steve Avery as a teenager.

Held on the 2016 Olympia Expo Main stage. This isn’t a bodybuilding or Figure contest, and the judging is very different.  However symmetry still plays an important part, as does stage presence and charisma.

This isn’t a bodybuilding or Classic Physique contest, and the judging is very different.  Symmetry still plays an important part, as does Muscularity and Body Condition for 50% of score.
