From teenagers through to masters, both men and women, it produced the greatest, most exciting lifting seen in Australia for many years.

In this DVD from DAY 1 you will see the 2004 NATIONAL BENCHPRESS titles plus all 3 lifts for TEENS, JUNIORS, NOVICE & MASTERS in these national powerlifting titles.

A number of national records were broken with HENNING BACH, DANIEL MACRI, BILL VAN WEENAN & RENO BORG also setting new World records.
