From deep in our film archives, we present an even greater number of stars from our old 16mm and 8mm films. Three quarters of this DVD is in black and white with colour for those parts filmed in the late 60s.
Music has been added. Eugen Sandow, the father of bodybuilding is pictured below. I wish we had old posing film of him!
