Hidetada Yamagishi - The Legend Of The Strongest Man 1

In 2006 the first ever Japanese IFBB pro bodybuilder Hidetada Yamagishi stepped on to the hallowed Iron Man Pro stage to compete for the first time. He wanted  to prove something to his nation of Japanese fans  that he was worthy to stand side by side with some of the world's greatest bodybuilders. To prove that he can compete with the best and show them all that he is indeed the "strongest man".

This DVD documents the highly stressful challenges of a Pro Bodybuilder on the rise and what he goes through with this fly on the wall presentation. Once again we are up close and personal with a world bodybuilding star as he attempts to do what no other Japanese bodybuilder has ever achieved  before.
