Pumping - Posing - Arm training - Nightclub Act
 
Charles is a well known black Natural bodybuilding champion from England. This feature was shot in September 1990 in our London studio on full broadcast quality video equipment. It includes the usual oiling sequence, then elements of natural posing and pumping as Charles prepares to re-create his raunchy and quite famous nightclub act for us in the studio.  Charles Burton was also a well-known artist's model and guest poser.

Charles displays his excellent arms in a series of poses, DB curls, tensing and flexing his arms as he goes along, getting more and more pumped. There is lots of oiling throughout as legs also get tensed and pumped.

His club act was called CHASDANCE and included bodybuilding poses, mime, dance, break dancing and more.

The DVD includes a brief interview by Charles Alan Sievewright who first discovered Charles. Alan was an Opera producer and influential figure in the London music scene and numbered among his friends and associates Ava Gardner, Marlene Dietrich and Maria Callas.
