In this video Marty describes the key pieces of gym equipment in his gym and demonstrates several machines.
He introduces his novice bodybuilder son (Martyn, 17 at the time) and gives him some tips on training. Great training advice for all beginners and novice bodybuilders with more tips and info on good technique. Includes a full body workout.
Martyn is interviewed at end about diet and candidly talks about steriod use if competing.
