Saryn Muldrow: My Way To The Olympia

Danish American Saryn Muldrow was the world's best known fitness and figure bodybuilding champion of her time. This DVD charts her rise from obscurity as we show victories in the Figure Class of the 1992 NABBA World Championships and the 1992 NABBA Ms. Universe. In 1996 she won the Fitness Olympia.

The story is told by Saryn during a seminar at an IFBB English Grand Prix, and in her interview with us.

Saryn is charming, beautiful, articulate and glamorous. We also include Saryn's fitness routine performed as a guest poser at the 1997 IFBB English Grand Prix, as well as at FIBO.

Representing Denmark, 1996 Fitness Olympia winner Saryn decided to retire prior to the contract signing of the 1999 Fitness Olympia, stating the emphasis on gymnastics was too much, and her back never healed properly from her previous injury. Saryn said she had no regrets in her decision, and that it was time to move on to other pursuits.
