1999 IFBB World Women's Fitness Championships

Held at the Superdome in Sydney, Australia, this fabulous international contest attracted a massive field of 43 top athletes from around the world.
In this DVD you will see backstage scenes from the Pump Room, with women oiling and pumping up as they prep for competition.

The Fitness Short Class lineup comes next with comparisons and routines. Then there's the Fitness Tall Class - lineup, comparisons with lots of closeups. Then the amazing routines using various interesting props to catch the eyes of the judges!! See lineup photo below.   

It was an absolute triumph for the Eastern European nations with 8 out of the top 12 placings in the two height classes going to them.
