A Video File includes the complete class judging through to the class awards. A typical class and awards runs 20 to 30 mins depending on class size.
If you are a class winner who went on to compete in an overall posedown, please remind us of this fact, and your Overall judging and Overall Awards will be included in your video file.
Place your order on-line and be sure to email the full name of the division and class required to tina@gmv.com.au If possible give us a competitor name and number so that we can cross check.
All video files will be transferred promptly by our free video file transfer service.
SPECIAL NOTE:
When you have downloaded the video file, please store it on your hard drive. It is yours to keep permenently. It is a download file and not a streaming file, so do not try to watch it while you are downloading the file. The file will be deleted from the server after about 1 week.
It was GMV's privilege to be the official video team for the inaugural and much anticipated 2017 NPC Amateur Olympia Las Vegas contest. It took place before a sell-out audience on Sept 14 at Joe Weider’s Olympia Fitness & Performance Weekend.
Held in the Orleans Hotel and Casino Show Room, this was the first time the Amateur Olympia has be held in USA. IFBB and NPC competitors from USA, Canada, Mexico, South and Central America, as well as the Caribbean participated in this ground- breaking event.
2 Pro cards were there to be won for each division. In total, 10 coveted IFBB Pro cards went to the top athletes competing in this contest. It was pleasing to note in particular the huge support of athletes from outside USA.
The contest was comprised of the following divisions:
Open Bodybuilding
Bikini
Men’s Physique
Classic Bodybuilding (IFBB)
Classic Physique (NPC)
Wellness Fitness (IFBB - no Pro card)
This was the first time that amateur athletes have been given the opportunity to grace the same prestigious event as the top Professionals in the world such as 7x Mr. Olympia Phil “The Gift” Heath, Dexter “The Blade” Jackson, Shawn Rhoden, Mamdouh “Big Ramy” Elssbiay, Oksana Grishina, Latorya Watts etc.
It is anticipated that extra divisions will be added in the future after the huge success of the 2017 event, where more than 350 athletes competed.
