Casey Viator, RIP. Casey Viator dies at age 62. The 1971 Mr America and 3 x IFBB Pro title holder Casey Viator died on his 62nd birthday, on September 4th, at the age of 62. I had the privilege of working with Casey with movie film and photos on 3 different occasions. Plus I also caught him in several contests as well. I have written some words on Casey and his career at this link here. Our condolences to Casey’s family. He will be greatly missed. Classic Contests - The 2000 NABBA Mr World - The Show!! 2000 NABBA World Championships - New Zealand: The Men's Show. Held on June 17th in Christchurch, New Zealand, the world’s best male bodybuilders competed in this classic contest to decide the various World Champions. CHARLES DUCA won Overall Mr. World making it his 3rd World title, also a record. Held in Helsinki Finland on October 4th, 1997, KEVIN LEVRONE proved to be a very narrow winner over a shredded CHRIS CORMIER and the soon to be new Mr. Olympia, RONNIE COLEMAN. Death of Dutch Pro bodybuilder Ed Van Amsterdam. Death of Dutch Pro bodybuilder Ed Van Amsterdam. We have been advised today that popular Dutch bodybuilder Ed Van Amsterdam has passed away. Early reports suggest he died of a massive heart attack.  He was only 40. Our sincere sympathy to his family and friends.  Ed was possessed with a larger-than-life personality and he will be sadly missed. We have Ed in a number of Grand Prix and FIBO DVDs. He was possibly at his contest best in the 2002 Dutch GP. This classic 2002 contest (run by Dorian Yates) features Ronnie Coleman at the absolute top of his game.
