1. You agree that GMV Classifieds has complete editorial control over the content of your advertisement
2. You agree that GMV Classifieds has the right to suspend, delete or otherwise remove ads with no warning, at the sole discretion of the editor.
3. Multiple accounts will be deleted immediately. The system has built in state of the art IP and encrypted website security features.

GMV Classifieds strictly prohibits using email forms on the website to send unsolicited email advertisements to either GMV Classifieds or to other members registered with GMV Classifieds.
To submit ads to GMV Classifieds you are required to create an account. During account creation you are required to provide a valid Email address (subject to verification), select a nickname and specify your geographical location. You may supply the rest of the information on voluntary bases. You may always change your account information by logging to GMV Classifieds. You are agreeing to receive emails from GMV Classifieds regarding ads posted by you and other information regarding your account. In addition if you select to participate in our Email list (selection is made during registration) you may receive an occasional Email News Letters regarding new services or promotions at GMV Classifieds.
Your email address is safe and secure. GMV Classifieds do not rent, lease or sell your email address to anybody. Your Email address is not displayed anywhere on our web site to protect you from any form of Spam. The replies to the posted ads are sent from an online contact form.
GMV Classifieds does not use “hard” cookies (small files stored on your computer). Your browser however must be ready to support session cookies. Session cookies are deleted at the time you leave this website or close your browser.
You understand that your account may be removed from our service under following circumstances: 3 returned Emails, inactivity for more than a year, violation of these Terms of Use, law enforcement request, request initiated by you, unforeseeable technical difficulties or issues.
