Another successful area qualifier for the North West's premier show promoters. This was the final qualifier for the Nabba Universe. 38 competitors made this a tremendous show for the sell out crowd, who watched in anticipation as many of their friends qualified for the Universe in Kidderminster, Birmingham, in 3 weeks time.

Juniors under 18, just 2 lads in this class, both in good condition. In first place was Adam Burrows and in 2nd place was Michael Walssell.

Juniors under 21 on stage next, and what a class, 5 superb entries. In 3rd place, was Domonick Fengaras, excellent balance, good conditioning, just like his dad, in 2nd place Chris Johnson, with washboard abs, in 1st place was Jonathan Hughes, with big arms, chest and delts, definitely somebody to watch.

1st Timers next, only 2 entries in this class, 2 very different physiques but both in very good condition. The judges saw it like this, 1st place, Steven Fisk, ripped to bits, 2nd place Gustauo Duat, tremendous.

Novices, once again these lads were showing what it takes to be a novice. 4th place David Batty, great upper body. 3rd Gary Burnand, big delts & arms. 2nd Nigel Davis, very tall, he has potential to put a great deal more size on. 1st Ted Smart, looks as though he did his homework for this class, putting on at least 4lb of pure muscle.

Miss Fitness, Elizabeth Kinsella was the only competitor today.

Masters on stage next, what can I say about these guys, fantastic, all looking grand for their age, in 4th place, over 50's competitor Ted Clifton, 3rd place another over 50's competitor, Eddie Parker. 2nd place over 40's Jon Fengaras, looking superb. 1st place, Joe Wetherow, ripped.

Miss Physique Kelly Bruce, wow.

Novice Miss Figure, 2 lovely ladies, both with great potential for later on. 1st place Ami King, 2nd was Claire Stevenson.

Class 4, 3 competitors in this class, 3rd place, Dave Cartwright, unfortunately this guy came up against 2 seasoned competitors, 2nd place, Andy Gold, nice condition, 1st Adrian Birchall, last years winner returned to regain this class with a tremendous condition.

Class 3 next, 5 entries in this class and what a headache for the judges. In 1st place was John Duarte, big all over with excellent condition. 2nd was Simon Dunn, who was ripped to the bone. 3rd was Alex Jackson, great arms and quads.

Class 2 with 4 entries on stage and wow what a feast of muscle, 3 out of the 4 were either former Mr Britain or Mr Universe competitors.

4th place was Perry Crick, did himself a lot of good competing at this level against guys like these, great competitor. 3rd Luke Nichols, former Britain winner, has everything, size, condition & separation. 2nd Pat Warner, mr lats & traps. Taking 1st place was Barry Vormawah, a huge guy, very ripped, a clear winner.

Class 1 - 5 competitors on stage, what muscular monsters. 3rd Kevin Alder, definitely getting his condition back, 2nd Neil Rushton, a man to watch out for, very thick set, a rugged physique. 1st place Zack Khan, this guy is a real contender for a title at the universe.

Guest Star, Paul George, Mr Muscles, he has everything for a light weight competitor, Look out for his new video (Paul George "Full CIRCLE") coming soon.

Overall Posedown, well comparison after comparison told how difficult it was for the judges to make the final decision. The title of Mr England 2004 went to Zack Khan.

Congratulations to everyone, especially Michael Sullivan who shows how to produce  another sellout show.
