This top event was for men and women, and the star guest poser was LANCE DREHER from USA. Lance was a Mr Olympia competitor, 1981 IFBB Overall Amateur World champion and 1986 NABBA Pro Mr Universe. 1984 SABBA Mr. & Ms. Adelaide: The Show
It was a big night for Australian bodybuilding with the start of two great careers in the sport. The sensational Teenage winner was EUGENE BEREZINSKI. He later went on to have an outstanding career in the Open Class including winning his class in the Mr. Australia and representing his country at the NABBA Universe. In the Women’s division, this was the first contest appearance of TERRI ROBERTS. Terri later went on to win the Australia, win at the Worlds and was 2001 Figure Class 2 NABBA Miss Universe. 1984 SABBA Mr. & Ms. South Australia - The Show
The highlight of the show was star guest poser from USA, LANCE DREHER, the 1981 IFBB Overall Mr. Universe. Lance went on to win the NABBA Pro Universe in 1986 and also enjoyed a career as a Mr. Olympia competitor and top IFBB professional. It was a very special night for local star DON TRONOLONE, taking out the prestigious title of Mr. South Australia for 1984.
