The 2009 NABBA Miss Britain Finals was held in Southport, England on the 30th of May. Today's 65th NABBA Universe is being held in the very same venue.

There were 3 FIGURE CLASSES in 2009 being TONED FIGURE and TRAINED FIGURE Classes 1 and 2. This video presents the complete prejudging and show. You experience all the posing routines and comparisons through to the final awards and Overall Figure posedown and presentation.

The winner of this very high standard class of 19 was the outstanding EMMA FOXTON from the N.E.
MISS TRAINED FIGURE CLASS 2
In first place was the dynamic Scottish star, LAURA IRVING.

This was a tough class with JO SPERRING from the West taking first place with Jo going on to take the OVERALL TRAINED  FIGURE MISS BRITAIN title.

Frank the Bank - World's Greatest Benchpresser on Digital Download.
In German, "THE BANK" means "the bench" or literally, Frank the Benchpresser. In 1995 Frank became the lightest man ever to bench press 300 kg (660 lbs) at a body weight of 100kg.

He currently held the WPC World Record in the 100kg class when this video was produced.

His goal was to break the 700lb barrier at his usual body weight. This video highlights "FRANK THE BANK" as he appears at different exhibitions and meets.

1988 NABBA Australian Championships: The Women - PJ & Show - on Digital Download.
NABBA Physique champion Leisa Campbell was the star guest poser at this event and was in amazing condition, going on to win the NABBA Universe just one week later. She is one of the all time greats of Australian Women's Bodybuilding.

2015 INBA Max's South Australian Titles: Fitness & Bikini Show.
Natural Fitness & Bikini Titles.
The 2015 INBA Max's South Australian Fitness and Bikini Show was the second of 2 weekend events held at the Norwood Concert Hall, and staged on Sunday, September 20th, 2015.

The Overall Champions were MARINA SARUNIC in the Bikini Class and NIKKI HOMANN in the Fitness Models Class. Both are pictured front cover.
TRAVIS HOBBS won the Men's Fitness Model Open Class, and SHANE SPARRE won the Mr Physique Class.

1988 Super Body Power Classic: PJ & Show on Digital download.
This Classic 1988 contest was an Amateur Grand Prix event featuring top men and women from the NABBA Amateur Universe event held two weeks earlier.

The Download and DVD showcase many of the best amateurs in the world including sensational teenager IAN HARRISON - Junior Mr. Universe. Ian later went on to become a top Pro Bodybuilder and then a pro wrestler based in USA where he lives today. See his outstanding mature physique as a NABBA Junior back in 1988.

The fantastic short class winner also in the mix for the overall crown was ROBERT WALL. The two women's winners were COLLEEN YATES, and in the Figure Class it was SARAH STAUNTON.
