Francis Benfatto is one of the most admired and aesthetic bodybuilders of all time. His classic lines and proportions are keenly sought after by most bodybuilders whether they compete or simply want to look great. Men have always wanted to possess the perfect physique, but only a few have achieved their dream. Francis Benfatto has been France's top bodybuilder over the last 20 years.

Benfatto had been competing in bodybuilding competitions for sixteen years when this video was shot and he has created one of the most sensational bodies the world has ever seen. Most of this DVD was shot in  the south of France, where Francis has lived much of his life. See him training on the beach, soaking up the Mediterranean sun and enjoying the sea. Francis's ambition is to be the best in the world, so we flew with Francis to California, USA and the Mecca of the bodybuilding world - Venice Beach.

Francis's workout intensifies as he trains in the world famous Gold's Gym for the Mr Olympia Competition. Other scenes include Benfatto visiting for a specialist massage and talking to some personal trainers.

There's also an inside look at THE LAMPS Bodybuilding Competition held annually in London, where young, budding bodybuilders compete for the very first time. A whole lot of muscle is waiting to let rip both on the Lamps stage and in the in-depth Benfatto scenes! As far as we know this was the only video produced on Francis Benfatto at his peak.
