The closeups of Ernie oiling, pumping and flexing are astounding. Ernie delivers his contest posing routine in full body framing and in closeup. ALI MALLA wears a tank top as the segment opens with full screen closeups of his massive biceps flexing in a lengthy, astonishing 'pump' session. Ali shows his arms from every angle, as he pumps until the biceps bulge and the veins pop out. A mind-bending display with absolutely shattering closeups. You won't believe the size of these arms!
Then Ali poses with emphasis on his massive upper body and those fantastic arms. This super star loves to pose and it shows in his presentation. Ali's posing is full body and includes some beautiful closeups. Ali went on to have a successful Pro career. Taped on the beach at Marina del Rey. (23 mins)

In the final segment we present a young RAY GINGO. He started his athletic career as a wrestling champion in a tough section of Akron, Ohio then switched to bodybuilding. In this DVD he weighs 205lbs (93 Kg), at 5'8" tall with 20" arms. Ray is incredibly well built. And boy is he strong! He squats with over 600lbs and benches over 400lbs. The segment opens as Ray oils and flexes for our camera. A helper carefully oils his back and then Ray pumps and poses. A superb muscle film, now on DVD, with some great closeups. (14 mins)
