1988 SABBA Mr. & Ms. South Australia: The Prejudging
Held on 21st August, 1988, Mr. Universe Sammy Ioannidis was the special guest poser at the evening show of this contest - seen posing at the peak of his career. Sammy was the 1986 NABBA Mr. Universe winner.
A very young Mike Buder was the novice winner. Mike was enormously popular in South Australia throughout his bodybuilding career. He had a great personality, and a superb physique to match. He later won the state title, the National title and then represented Australia at the NABBA Universe.
