HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY DVD/ VIDEO?
The GMV Productions mail order service is generally speaking very fast! Credit card orders via the internet are usually processed and posted within 1 week of receipt. The time it will take to reach you is a combination of 2 factors. Whether the item has to be specially made for your order if it is VHS or DVD, and where you live in the world. 

The usual time for Airmail to the West Coast of USA is about 8 to 10 days. To the East Coast or Mid West add about 7 more days. To Europe it takes about 2 weeks. However if you haven’t received your order within 4 weeks, please contact us. There is no tracking number as such unless you request Insured Mail or shipping by FedEx. FedEx delivery is very expensive.

As a very general rule, allow at least 3 weeks for delivery anywhere in the world and up to 2 weeks for our Australian customers. If it gets there faster you can be pleasantly surprised!

INSURANCE 
NB: We do strongly advise that you request your order be sent with insurance added, otherwise we cannot be responsible for any loss in the post. With insured mail a signature is required on delivery.

PACKING
All our DVDs and videos are sent in the plain white padded bags. Hand addressed and with no GMV logos or stickers on them. The return address says GMV and our address. We always keep our packaging as low profile as possible to help ensure your privacy.
