Instructions for adding GMV clips to your PSP.

1. After downloading PQ DVD to iPOD return back to the GMV clip archive click here and choose a clip you would like to add to your PSP.

2. Allow the clip to load in the clip viewing window.

3. Once the clip has loaded and plays move your mouse pointer into the video viewing screen and right click, then select "Save Video As..."
you then will be asked where on your computer you would like to save the GMV Bodybuilding clip, select and save.

* Remember this for when you want to convert your clip to your PSP.
