The Wheelchair Nationals will be held in Palm Beach Garden, Florida, on March 21.
The Junior USA will be held in Charleston, South Carolina, on May 23. See http://www.npcjrusa.com

The USA Wheelchair show will be held in Metarie, Louisiana, on June 21. See http://www.wheelchair-bodybuilding.com
The Teen, Collegiate and Masters Nationals will be held in Pittsburgh on July 18. See http://www.garyudit.com/npc_main.html. Changes this year include three new IFBB pro qualifications for women (over 45 women's bodybuilding, over 45 figure, and over 35 bikini), a new welterweight division for over 50 men, and a new division for over 60 men.
The USA show will be held in Las Vegas on July 25. See http://lindsayproductions.com/2009USA.htm Changes this year include IFBB pro qualifications for a third male bodybuilder and a second female bodybuilder, and pro qualifications for six competitors who win their classes in the new bikini division.
The IFBB North American show will be held in Cleveland, Ohio on August 29. See http://www.garyudit.com
