The Fitness Generation sponsored the IFSB 1996 Ms. Fitness Australia contest which presented 6 outstanding Australian girls plus Mish McCormack from New Zealand who placed 2nd behind the superb Jodie Low of Victoria. 3rd was Nicky Garland. Jodie is pictured right.

All rounds are shown in this entertaining DVD. It makes an excellent introduction for those who want to complete in this new category.

See 40 mins of some of the best Fitness Women in Australia in the mid 90s. The DVD includes Michelle Dombrowski, now known as Michelle Bridges of Biggest Loser fame, where she is a star trainer on the hit TV programme.

This contest was staged in conjunction with the 1996 NABBA Mr & Miss Oceania/Mr & Miss Melbourne event. The Oceania contest represents a grudge match contest with Australia versus New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
